Yes, we accept only VISA and Master Card. For corporate and commercial clients invoicing is available subject to inspection.

I have surface scratches/paint oxidization/sun fading/swirl marks on my vehicle, what would you recommend for removal?

There are two options, first is you can use a cut and polish this is a temporary fix as it removes a layer off the car to reveal more virgin paint coatings underneath, eventually you will reach a pint that cut and polish will not achieve anything. The second is a permanent service, this is RestorFX which is a new application of material on the car. This new coat protects and highlights bringing the car back to like new status.

Can you remove pet hair from the car?

Our staff will make every effort to remove any unsightly per hair or dander; however, pets hair especially dogs can be difficult to remove from fabric seats, carpets and mats.

Do I have to book-in my vehicle?

Most the time no, at El Amore the only services that require to be booked are ones such as the machine polish, full buff detail and any work required to the body of the car such as dent repair, paint work and RestorFX.

How long will it take?

Most of our drive-in services are no longer than 20 min, if adding services please allow for extra time. But when possible we will advise you how log your wait will be.

What sort of chemicals do you use?

El Amore only uses the latest in industry products, with most of our material being sourced from either Australia or the United States, all of our products are ensured to be acid and caustic FREE, whilst also being biodegradable, making them safe for not only your car but then environment as well.

Due to El Amore’s stance on chemical products and our high attention to detail, rest assure that your car alloys will be in safe hands. Due to our use of non-acidic based cleaning solutions on the wheels are any part of our service.

Yes, El Amore has all the equipment to properly degrease and recondition your engine bay.

Are my valuables in my car okay?

El Amore is not responsible for ANY valuables left inside your vehicle while on El Amore’s premises, during the cleaning process or not. If you are concerned about the status of your valuables please remove them from the vehicle before relinquishing it to our employees.

I have food stains and marking in my car interior, what would we recommend?

At El Amore, we have had great success with our industrial wet shampoo extraction system, using water and the latest in industrial shampoo products, allows us to effectively remove embedded and older stains. Not only is it great for food and drink markings but is also effective at rain water damp, and dirt/sweat marks. This service usually takes about the 30-60 min mark.
